Each card's grade blends its win rate and usage over the last 7 days (all game modes) into a 0–100 score, which maps to the S+ through D tiers. Cards with fewer than 50 battles in the window are left unrated rather than guessed at, and every grade traces back to real analyzed battles — nothing here is hand-ranked or estimated.
