Privacy Policy
Plain language, because there isn't much to disclose.
Accounts (optional)
You can use all of Clashest's stats without an account. If you create one, we store your username, email address, and a securely hashed password, plus any Clash Royale player tags you verify as yours. Accounts exist so you can claim your in-game profile and use community features; we don't use your email for marketing.
What we store
- Search history (server-side). When a player, clan, or tournament lookup succeeds, we log the query and the resolved game tag. This powers product features like "recently searched" lists and helps us understand what people look up. It is not tied to an account, and we don't attempt to identify who searched.
- Public game data.Player, clan, deck, and battle data fetched from the official Clash Royale API is public in-game information published by Supercell's API; we cache and aggregate it for stats.
What we don't do
We do not sell data and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves. The site may show Google ads, but only if you opt in to advertising cookies — with them off, no ad scripts load at all.
Third parties
- Supercell's official Clash Royale API — the source of all game data. Requests to it happen from our servers, not your browser.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — the servers, database, and cache this site runs on process requests the way any web host does (e.g. standard server logs including IP addresses, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention).
Cookies & local storage
Essential cookies cover signing in and remembering your cookie choices. Your theme and locally saved decks live in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device. Advertising cookies (Google AdSense) are off by default and only set if you accept them in the consent banner. Full details and controls on the cookie policy page.
