Troubleshooting
Fixes for the classics: deck links that won't open the game, players not found, and rate-limit messages.
The deck link doesn't open Clash Royale
Check the device
Only devices with Clash Royale installed can open copy-deck links. On desktops the link is copied to your clipboard instead — send it to your phone and open it there.
Watch for the browser prompt
Phones often ask "Open in Clash Royale?" the first time. If you dismissed it, tap the link again and allow it.
Copy manually
The link is also in your clipboard after pressing Copy deck. Paste it into any chat and tap it from your phone.

Tags only use
0 2 8 9 P Y L Q G R J C U V. The letter O never appears — Clashest auto-corrects it to zero, but other wrong characters mean a typo.Copy the tag from the game
Open the profile in Clash Royale and tap the tag to copy it exactly. See player tags.
Brand-new accounts
A just-created player can take a little while to appear in the official API.
"Traffic is heavy right now"
This message means the official API rate-limited the request (or is briefly unavailable). It resolves on its own — wait a moment and refresh. Aggregate stats pages keep serving their latest computed data during API hiccups.
Stats look empty or thin
Narrow filters
An exact event mode + a 1-day window + card filters can easily produce zero battles. Widen one dial at a time.
Insufficient sample
Under 10 battles, no stat is shown. Under 50, nothing ranks. This is by design — see data honesty.
Young corpus views
New event modes and fresh patch windows start small and fill in as ingestion runs — check the freshness badge.
